Dear students and families,
Welcome to the new school year! I hope you all had a great summer. I am Mr. Cervantes, the mariachi teacher at Calmeca Academy and I am so excited to be working with you this year! Though, this is not the year we were expecting, I strongly believe we can still learn and have fun in class.

¡Bienvenidos al nuevo año escolar! Espero que todos hayan tenido un gran verano. Soy el Sr. Cervantes, el maestro de mariachi en la Academia Calmeca y estoy muy emocionado de trabajar con ustedes este año. Aunque este no es el año que esperábamos, creo firmemente que aún podemos aprender y divertirnos en clase.
